GENERAL
It is not mandatory to create an account to place an order. However, registering will allow you to save your data, view your order history, and manage returns more easily.
We try to attend to these requests as quickly as possible during business hours. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, you can request its modification or cancellation by writing to hola@kubu.es as soon as possible.
Once the order is in preparation or in transit, it cannot be modified.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to peninsular Spain. For other destinations, please contact us beforehand.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product's page and may vary depending on availability and delivery area.
Depending on the product and logistical conditions, delivery may be to the street level or include delivery upstairs to the home. The specific method will be indicated during the purchase process or communicated beforehand.
We do not provide assembly service.
It is important to check:
- Product dimensions.
- Measurements of doors, stairs, and elevator.
- Accessibility for transport.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the recipient, additional costs may be incurred.
You must:
- Note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.
- Notify us within a maximum of 48 hours.
- Send us clear photographs of the product and packaging.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. In the case of orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period is calculated from the receipt of the last item.
With the exception of personalized products. As these are made-to-order products, meaning they are manufactured specifically for you, exchanges or returns are not accepted. For personalized or custom-made products, according to Law 3/2014, of March 27 (Article 103) which modifies LOCM art. 45, the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return will not be applicable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
For bulky products, the cost will depend on the size, weight, and pickup location.
In case of a defective product or shipping error, KUBU will cover the return costs.
The product must be returned:
- In perfect condition.
- With original packaging.
- Unused beyond inspection.
- With all its accessories.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the product.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept:
- Credit or debit card.
- PayPal.
- Deferred payment or financing through external entities (if available).
Yes. All payments are processed through secure gateways that comply with the security standards required by current regulations.
If you choose financing, the contract is formalized directly with the corresponding financial institution and is subject to its approval.
The conditions (terms, interest rates, commissions) depend exclusively on said institution.
WARRANTY
All our products come with a 3-year legal warranty from delivery in accordance with Spanish and European regulations.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity that exist at the time of delivery.
