At Kubu, we offer you different secure payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you.
Credit or debit card

Payment is made through a secure gateway with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) systems, guaranteeing the protection of your data.
The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation.
Bank Transfer
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer.
When you select this payment method during the purchase process, the necessary bank details for the transfer will be displayed. You will only need to follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
To help us identify your payment more quickly, we recommend including your order reference in the transfer description.
The order will remain pending confirmation until we receive the amount in our bank account. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with its preparation and shipping.
Please note that bank transfers can take between 24 and 72 business hours to clear, depending on the banking institution.
Deferred payment / financing
In certain cases, you may choose deferred payment through external financial entities (e.g., Klarna).
If you choose this option:
- Financing is subject to approval by the financial institution.
- The financing contract is formalized directly with said entity.
- The deferred payment conditions (installments, possible interest or fees) will be those established by the financial institution.
In case of product return, refund management will be carried out according to the conditions applicable to the financing.
