At KUBU, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind.
If the product does not fit as expected, you may request a return by following the conditions detailed below.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current e-commerce regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.
Customized products or products manufactured to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be sent:
- In perfect condition.
- Unused, beyond normal product inspection.
- With all its accessories and parts.
- Preferably in its original packaging.
The original packaging is designed to protect the product during transit and allow for proper handling.
For furniture or other bulky items, it is especially important to keep the original packaging until you have confirmed that the product is suitable.
Returns of assembled products will not be accepted if the assembly prevents their subsequent sale as new products.
Return Costs
Except in cases of a defective product, damage during transport, or shipping error, return costs are borne by the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the shipping costs paid in the original order will not be reimbursed.
For bulky products, the return cost will depend on:
- Product dimensions.
- Weight.
- Pickup location.
If you prefer, we can help you arrange pickup with our shipping company and inform you of the estimated cost beforehand.
In case of product exchange due to an incident, warranty, or error attributable to KUBU, no new shipping costs will be applied to the customer.
Refund
Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
KUBU may withhold the refund until the product has been received or sufficient proof of its return has been provided.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives with visible damage, we recommend noting it on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery.
Likewise, to properly manage incidents arising from transport, it will be necessary to report any visible damage or incident in writing within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photographs of the product and packaging.
If the damage was not initially visible, we recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery as well.
This allows us to handle the incident with the shipping company quickly and efficiently.
Product Value Decrease
The buyer will be responsible for any decrease in the product's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
If the product is returned:
- Without its original packaging.
- With damages.
- With signs of use.
- In conditions that prevent its sale as a new product.
KUBU may apply a proportional depreciation in the amount to be reimbursed, including damaged packaging that prevents its reuse.
Customized Products
In accordance with current regulations, returns of products manufactured or modified according to customer specifications or clearly customized are not accepted.
Customized products are considered those manufactured to measure or with finishes outside the standard catalog, as informed at the time of purchase.
Legal Guarantee
All products sold by KUBU come with a 3-year legal guarantee against non-conformities, in accordance with current consumer and user regulations.
The warranty will not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect assembly, normal wear and tear, impacts, humidity, inappropriate cleaning, or improper handling of the product.
