SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At KUBU, we work to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible within the estimated times.
SHIPPING AREAS
We ship throughout mainland Spain.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands or other destinations, you can consult us beforehand at hola@kubu.es.
If we expand to other European Union countries in the future, the specific conditions will be indicated during the purchase process.
DELIVERY TIMES
The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product's page.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product availability.
- Delivery area.
- Order volume.
- Logistical circumstances.
Once the order is prepared, the transport company will contact you to coordinate delivery.
DELIVERY METHOD
Depending on the product type and logistical conditions, delivery may be:
- Curbside.
- To your home.
The specific method will be indicated in the order confirmation. In case of discrepancy, the information in the confirmation takes precedence.
Delivery conditions may vary according to the product's volume, weight, or characteristics.
We do not provide assembly service.
HOME ACCESSIBILITY
It is important that you verify before making the purchase:
- The dimensions of the product.
- The measurements of doors, stairs, and elevators.
- Accessibility for transport vehicles.
If, at the time of delivery, the product cannot access the home for reasons beyond the control of the transport company, additional transport or storage costs, or new transport routes, may be incurred.
The buyer must verify these conditions beforehand.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process and are shown before finalizing the order.
We do not offer free shipping unless expressly indicated.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
We recommend checking the product upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage:
- Indicate it on the carrier's delivery note.
- We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Attach photographs of the product and packaging.
If you detect any damage that was not initially visible, we also recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery.
This allows us to manage the incident more efficiently with the transport company.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If you are not at home at the agreed time or if delivery is not possible due to reasons attributable to the recipient, additional costs for new dispatch or storage, or new transport routes, may apply.
KUBU will not be responsible for delays resulting from causes beyond its control, including logistical incidents, supplier delays, weather phenomena, strikes, or force majeure events.
